1. Refund Eligibility

  • 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers
  • Refunds are processed for the most recent billing cycle

2. Refund Process

  • Include your account email and reason for refund
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • More than 14 days after initial subscription
  • Accounts terminated for violation of terms of service
  • Partial month usage

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel at any time
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund
  • Service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

5. Technical Issues

  • If persistent technical issues prevent service usage, a full refund may be considered
  • Users must provide detailed documentation of issues

6. Discretionary Refunds
