1. Refund Eligibility
- 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers
- Refunds are processed for the most recent billing cycle
2. Refund Process

- Include your account email and reason for refund
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- More than 14 days after initial subscription
- Accounts terminated for violation of terms of service
- Partial month usage
4. Subscription Cancellation
- Users can cancel at any time
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund
- Service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
5. Technical Issues
- If persistent technical issues prevent service usage, a full refund may be considered
- Users must provide detailed documentation of issues
6. Discretionary Refunds
Daily Tokki reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
